This product contains imperfect and clearance items and as such cannot be returned or refunded. We recommend joining our Facebook Group to participate in community swaps if you'd like to switch your items with someone.

We are super lucky that Australia operates under free trade agreements with many countries, however countries that are not covered by an FTA may charge tariffs on low value imports.
As of August 19, 2024, all taxes and duties will be calculated and collected at checkout on your behalf to avoid any surprise customs bills.
Order tracking
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and can take 2-7 days.
International orders are sent DHL+ and usually take 3-5 days.
Your shipment notification email will provide you with a tracking ID. You can also log into your account at any time to check your order progress.
We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your parcel tracking and getting in touch if you notice anything abnormal about its progress.

All prices shown include a 10% Australian Goods and Services tax.
International
We are super lucky that Australia operates under free trade agreements with many countries including the US, Canada, NZ, the UK and large parts of both South America and Asia.
However countries that are not covered by an FTA may charge tariffs on low value imports. Please ensure you are up to date with your own country’s import laws.
Manufacturing and Sustainability
All of our notebooks are printed on uncoated, acid-free, pulp-free, and 100% FSC certified paper.
Our Hobby Notebooks are designed and assembled in our Australian studio using materials ethically sourced both locally and overseas.
All of our manufacturing partners are ISO14001 certified, 100% FSC certified, and members of AMFORI, the leading association for sustainable trade, and have been independently audited to ensure they meet fair, safe and healthy working conditions.
